Irsfeld, Irsfeld & Younger was founded in 1908 by James B. Irsfeld (1880-1966). The attorneys of our firm share over 200 years of combined experience in their practice fields. Our litigation attorneys are trial lawyers who have handled significant numbers of trials in their careers. Our transactional attorneys have handled countless corporate formations, public securities offerings, business acquisitions and mergers, general and limited partnership formations, estate planning and tax planning. Our long history can be explained by our philosophy of recognizing and understanding that every corporate or individual client has a unique background and objectives specific to their own needs. In order to best represent a client's interests, we pay close attention to a client's business environment and focus on their practical objectives. While documenting sophisticated business deals or handling trials is part of our practice, our goal is to foster long-term relationships where clients feel free to call to discuss the legal aspects of daily issues that arise in their business or personal lives. Two former members of our firm, Honorable Charles W. Stoll and Honorable Lance A. Ito are currently serving as Los Angeles Superior Court Judges. The location of our firm in Glendale, California makes us easily accessible to all Southern California courts. We regularly handles matters in Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura Counties as well as in Northern California, but are not limited to these locations. We have been retained by clients throughout the United States to handle their litigation and transactional needs.
